It was nice to get in to the office and see everyone again. It was Wednesday, which is normally Angie the nurse's day off...but she was there! Whew! Then as we were leaving, Teri (u/s tech) came down the hallway and met up with us for a minute. AND...Katrina was back! She's a receptionist who has been there for years and just left to work at a dentist office...luckily, she hated it and came back. I kind of felt like Dorthy from the Wizard of Oz when she wakes up and says, "And you were there, and you were there, and you were there..." The only person who wasn't there officially was Chryssee the receptionist and she was gone b/c she just had her baby.
After we left the doctor's office we stopped by to see Auntie Lindsay at her work. She and Meredi hadn't seen eachother since Meredi was about 3 days old.
On the way home we stopped at the grocery - and when we were done there, we were DONE. Both of us were exhausted! It was nice to go out, but not as nice as it's been to stay home. Apparently we still need a couple weeks of recovery before we're 100%...ok, MOM - mom needs a couple of weeks! :)
